Cancellation Policy
Submitting your website to TrafficMagnet is a fully automated process and your order will be processed immediately upon registration. Therefore, your payment is non-refundable, however you may cancel your subscription anytime prior to the next billing cycle.

If you wish to cancel your subscription with TrafficMagnet Monthly service, you need to send us your request using our Cancellation Request Form. We will process your cancellation within 2 to 3 working days upon receiving your Cancellation Request Form and an email will be sent to you to confirm your cancellation.

Please note: you should use the standard code/access code for international calls in your country + the countrycode (65) + the faxnumber (6324 3198).

Please note: We will process your cancellation upon receiving the Cancellation Request Form from you. However, as TrafficMagnet Monthly fee is charged every quarter (every 3 months) and in advance, your cancellation will take effect as of the next billing cycle. For example, should you cancel your subscription after 2 months of sign up, you will not be entitled to a refund, but TrafficMagnet will still continue to submit your website for the remaining 1 month. This is to ensure that you get full value for your subscription fee paid to us in advance. Your subscription will be removed from our records when the period of 3 months which you have paid for has elapsed and all your outstanding payments are settled.
